Finally! A one stop product for refresh days: Mixed Chicks Morning After Foam.

Like many curly and wavy haired compatriots, I started the Curly Girl Method journey some time mid Coronavirus lock-down when I started obsessing over whether my hair needed more protein or moisture, or shit, both. As if I wasn’t already a product junky, to take my mind off things, I went on an expensive adventure down Curly Girl approved product search road. As a result I have a backlog of approximately one thousand CMG hair product reviews to write.

Let’s start with Mixed Chicks Morning After Foam. I love it! I’m a lazy low maintenance gal with high maintenance shopping habits and this stuff just goes straight into my day-old (or four day-old) hair with no re-wetting and no other products necessary. I just use prayer hands to put it on, scrunch it in, and my bed head hair is revived. Done!

PS- I have 2B-2C wavy, fine, high density, high porosity hair but the Mixed Chicks website has a helpful video showing a woman with curly coily hair applying the product and it seems just as fabulous on her hair.
